Catherine Hoemke manages an expert team of development professionals in a fast-paced, high-return work environment where the client always comes first.

As Chief Operating Officer, she believes running a GIS consultancy smoothly depends on understanding the client's needs and breaking down challenges into component parts, solving them in order of most return on investment. Catherine’s experience with the internal processes of Argis Solutions is extensive, with a background in marketing, sales, and business development for the company prior to her move to COO in October 2022.

Catherine has worked in the tech industry for over 15 years, and has B.A. in Liberal Arts from Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo MI and an A.A. in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.
