Argis Solutions Earns Esri Federal Small Business Specialty

Argis Solutions Inc., a full-service GIS consultancy experienced in the design, rollout, and maintenance of geospatial infrastructure, data architectures, and systems, was recently awarded its third Esri Partner Network specialty, the Federal Small Business specialty.
Esri’s Federal Small Business Specialty partners have a commitment to build Esri technology-based businesses in the United States federal government market. Partners like Argis Solutions apply their solutions and commercial-off-the-shelf knowledge towards achieving the customers’ vision. “This is our third specialty, not including our Esri ArcGIS Marketplace listings,” said Brady Hustad, founder and chief executive officer of Argis Solutions Inc. “We find great value in our alignment with Esri. In 2021 Argis Solutions was awarded a SBIR/STTR Phase 1 feasibility study through AFWERX. “As a small business, the Federal Small Business specialty has afforded Argis Solutions additional credentials which set our firm apart from other vendors,” said Catherine Hoemke, director of business development for Argis Solutions Inc. “We are excited to be providing a secure, on-premises, augmented reality solution that reduces turnover and securely engages on-base contractors for the Air Force Reserve Command.”
Additionally, as a subcontractor for NV5 assisting the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Argis developed Analyzing Sea Turtle Entrainment Risk (ASTER), a JavaScript web-based application developed with the Leaflet library.
Argis has produced and maintains two augmented reality COTS applications which integrate with ArcGIS implementations through both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. The award-winning, mobile ArcGIS AR visualizer, the Argis Lens, is available as an Esri ArcGIS Marketplace application. The augmented reality 811 response damage prevention application, ARTMS, enables quick, well-documented positive response in the field for 811 requests.
Argis also offers a GIS Managed Services solution, which helps state and local government GIS departments keep their ArcGIS implementation functional and up-to-date.
