The January 2025 issue of ArcWatch features a recent GIS development project Argis Solutions delivered for 2-10 Homebuyer’s Warranty.

Argis built an ArcGIS Pro extension creates a small-scale elevation model of a home's foundation to support 2-10’s residential structural claims evaluation process. This extension was later augmented with 3D modeling capabilities to help non-experts understand the complexities of a home’s foundation elevations and whether or not the variation in measurements are covered under 2-10’s residential structural warranty.

The results? A faster claims evaluation process that is more accurate and easier to understand.
